We are planning on opening in 2012.
Charlottesville Dog Daycare allows your dog to safely play, socialize, and exercise with others all day in our indoor/ outdoor play areas. Daycare is supervised at all times by our experienced trainers, and there are always lots of toys, fun games, and attention given to each dog. We have separate rooms for puppies/ small dogs under 10lbs, medium dogs, and large dogs.
********Charlottesville Dog Daycare is not your average dog daycare. We not only provide daycare, we provide Daycare Plus Training! Our trainers work with all daycare dogs throughout the day, on basic obedience commands, behavioral and social skills, and human interaction skills. When you bring your dog to daycare, your dog gets Daycare PLUS TRAINING!******
Charlottesville Dog Daycare Guidelines: 
1. Collect your vet records, fill out New Customer Form:
Charlottesville
Dog Daycare is a social place for dogs. Like a daycare for children, we
require a copy of your dog's vaccination record from your vet.
Vaccinations required include: DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis,
Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), BORDETELLA, and RABIES. All
vaccinations must be given 7 days prior to arrival, and not more than 1
year prior to arrival.
We require that all dogs be spayed or
neutered if they are attending our facility over the age of 6 months.
We also
require that your dog be free of parasites, fleas, and ticks, and must be treated with a parasite preventative. If parasites are found on your dog,
they will be flea bathed and dipped at an additional cost to you.
Fill out the
New Customer Form. You can bring your veterinary and new customer paperwork with you when you come for your
evaluation, or mail, email, or fax it to us. See the Contact Us page for

2. New Dog Evaluation:
At Charlottesville Dog Daycare, dogs roam free, under supervision, with many other dogs in our indoor and outdoor areas. Due to this unique situation, we require a personality "Evaluation" at least 2 days before attending a day of daycare.
This evaluation is free, and will take about 15-30 minutes. We use this evaluation to screen for aggressive dogs, and to make sure that your dog can properly interact in a pack situation.
We cannot accept aggressive dogs into the facility, and on the other hand, we also cannot accept dogs that are overly fearful of other dogs.
